Thing # 17 - Wikis
The hardest thing is trying to figure out how to apply these technologies. The library has a good book on the use of wikis, rss and more for educators it's called: RSS for educators: blogs, newsfeeds, podcasts, and wikis in the classroom by John Hendron. I have really enjoyed the Commoncraft videos on youtube. These have been very helpful.

Wikis, and associated tools like Google's Sites, can really make work more productive. You might like this wiki page for school librarians (http://webtools4u2use.wikispaces.com/About+This+Wiki) or this one on using wikis for your projects (http://www.oreillynet.com/pub/a/network/2006/07/07/what-is-a-wiki.html).
We use wikis for meeting agendas, meeting notes, drafting new documents, and for posting how-tos.
I am glad you enjoyed the book!
